Rates shown or sent in response to a quote request are estimates until a load is confirmed in writing by our dispatch team. Tracking information is provided for convenience and is updated by our staff; it is not a guarantee of delivery time.
- A load is booked only after written confirmation from AGS Trans dispatch.
- Carriage is governed by the rate confirmation and the bill of lading for each shipment.
- Liability for loss or damage follows the terms of the bill of lading and applicable federal law.
3. Applications
Submitting a driver application does not create an offer of employment. Hiring decisions depend on the full DOT application, background checks and the requirements of 49 CFR Part 391.
